Cervical emphysema and Spontaneous pneumomediastinum is an uncommon disease. Cervical emphysema is mainly caused by trauma or head and neck surgery. Here, we report a case of cervical emphysema and spontaneous pneumomediastinum in a 15-year-old man. This case emphasizes that cervical swelling patients with negative in-flammation findings should be scrutinized for cervical emphysema and spontaneous pneumomediastinum.
